※ Application of Privacy Policy ※

1. The Privacy Policy herein contains how Hong Kong HRG Information Technology Co., Limited （hereinafter, "the Company") handles the identification information collected when users use the service of the Company, as well as how the Company handles the identification data that is shared when the business partner cooperates with the Company.

2. The Privacy Policy does not apply to companies other than the Company nor personnel not hired or managed by the Company.

※ Collection and Use of Data ※

1. The Company will collect your personal identification information when you register for or use the products or services of the Company, visit the websites of thr company and participate in promotional activities or awarding games. The Company may also obtain personal information from business partners.

2. When you register for the games of the Company, we will ask you for your name, email address, gender, birthday, address and other data. After you sign up for the products or service of the Company and log in to use its products or services, we will recognize you.

3. The Company will use the data for the following purposes: Improve and provide you with advertising and services based on suggestions or requirements; complete your product or service recommendations or requirements; and inform you about special events or new products, new services etc.

3. You may use the interactive options provided by the products or services of the Company to select and set if you allow your name, Email, sex, birth day and address to be disclosed as per your requirement.

※ Right to Change Member Information ※

1. The Company gives you the right to modify your personal information stored by the Company, including the right to accept the Company to inform you of special events or new products.

2. The Company protects the privacy of all members in accordance with the privacy policy, whether it is an application for account, personal data or stored data. The Company will not arbitrarily monitor, add, modify or close, or deliver the contents of the personal data to a third party, including the sponsor of the advertising vendor, in addition to the possibility of infringement, infringement, or violation of the Terms of Use, or with the consent of the User.

Erasure

You can delete your account, or remove certain personal information. If there is any other personal information you believe we process that you would like us to erase, please contact us.

• you believe that it is no longer necessary for us to hold such personal information; or

• you believe the personal information we hold about you is being unlawfully processed by us.

You can also exercise your right to restrict our processing of your personal information (as described below) whilst we consider your request.

Restriction of Processing to Storage Only
